Sidama Bloom

From the Sidama region of Ethiopia, Sidama Bllom is a Grand Reserve medium-light roast that highlights the expressive character of naturally processed Ethiopian coffee. Grown at elevations of 2,000 to 2,200 meters and sun-dried using traditional methods, this heirloom Sidamo varietal yields a bright, aromatic cup with notes of caramel, vanilla, delicate florals, and ripe berry, supported by lively acidity and a refined, delicate body.
